Amidst the potatoes, corn and wheat typically grown on the sprawling and spacious farms of Boise, Idaho, Torrie Wilson was one of the most athletic wrestlers, emerged. Wilson began her professional career as a fitness model at the end of the 90s, she ventured into sporting entertainment following a visit to WCW. It was during a time when she was with her former boyfriend. After taking Scott Steiner into the ring for a few weeks after which she was in the business for almost ten years. Wilson was also the manager of competitors David Flair (occasionally), Billy Kidman, Shanth Douglas as well as The Filthy Children as she competed in the WCW circuit. Wilson started working with WWE as soon as WWE acquired WCW beginning in the spring of 2001. Wilson's athleticism helped make her the perfect match for WWE in one of sports and entertainment industry's most exciting time periods. Wilson played a key role in the WWE's attempts to take over WWE. Wilson teamed up with Stacy Keibler - her friend and, sometimes rival, whom she became her main partner. Once that invasion was fought off, Wilson became a key female wrestler in WWE's women's division, engaging in memorable rivalries alongside the likes of Keibler, Sable and Melina. Wilson even took on her family's honour against the evil Dawn Marie.
