Kari Samantha was an American artist, actress and vocalist (born on April 28, 1967). Wuhrer began her career as an teen and is most well famous for her character of Maggie Beckett in the television show Sliders and as the Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), a payroll accountant, and German American Andrew Wuhrer, who was a police officer as well as a auto salesman. Her family has given her three brothers. While she was a kid She sang in clubs and went out to sing. Kari Wuhrer was an American model, performer and actor. Her German-American dad is also an auto dealer as well as a police agent. Kari is the youngest of three siblings. The singer was in nightclubs when she was teens, sneaking out of her home to perform. Kari began acting at the Wooster School at the age of thirteen, and went further to pursue a degree in drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the renowned Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was a teenager. Her first break came in 1987 with MTV Remote Control.
