Chaka Khan is a famous American music producer and singer. She's also known by her nickname of the Queen of Funk. In the course of her long career of more than 50 years the singer was awarded 10 Grammys. In addition, she was named the 65th most successful ever dance artist according to Billboard magazine. Her mother introduced her to jazz as young. She began her career by performing with different bands. In the future she would become a member of the band Rufus. The album she released was her debut with the band at the age of 20. One year later they won their very first Grammy.
